At Vishali’s Vastra, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain quality standards across all our products. Please review our Refund and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing clear images or videos of the issue for verification. Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return or exchange. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery will not be accepted.
Once the return request is approved, customers may be required to ship the product back as per the instructions shared. After inspection, a replacement or refund will be processed based on product availability and the nature of the issue.
Refunds, if approved, will be initiated to the original mode of payment within 5–10 business days after the returned product is received and verified. Vishali’s Vastra is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.
Please note that products purchased during sales, promotions, or at discounted prices are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
